Stop The Busyness

Do you find that is is easier to fill your day with busyness rather than finding a little space for yourself ?

So often we neglect ourselves and don't give ourselves the space we need to breathe . Just 10 minutes of stopping and breathing can transform your day. Often we don't want to stop as we don't want to feel our feelings, They can seem too difficult and scary to manage and we worry that they might overwhelm us . But unless you take the time to allow your feelings to be felt, the pressure will build up in side and you will feel exhausted trying to ignore whats going on .  Feelings need to be felt and listened to , awareness of them is inherently healing .Its amazing the freedom that you can feel if you just allow yourself some time and space .
