The beginning of a New Year can be such a powerful time for you to look at your life and really feel into where you are right now. Spend some time thinking about what you loved about last year and what worked for you and also think about what you didn’t like last year and what you don’t want to repeat.
It’s a great time to review the things that you did that made you feel good and really feel into how that was for you. Also think about the people you spend time with, do they energize you and make you feel good or do they drain you, spending time with people who make you feel good is so powerful and uplifting.
Make a plan of the things you could do this year that make you feel alive and well.
Remembering that you have choices about how you live your life, and you deserve to be happy vibrant and free.
