So often I see people who are feeling highly anxious and who have become so fixated and terrified about a future event or scenario.
Its amazing how creative our thoughts/minds can be in creating the ‘Stories’ of future events, that we then buy into, not only in our heads, but we start making ourselves feel the fear of something that hasn’t actually happened and most likely never will.
We then get caught up in a whirlwind of anxiety and stress that is not only exhausting but it causes us unnecessary turmoil within.
Its so important to come back to the present moment, stop and breathe and start to connect yourself to the reality of the NOW rather than the anxiety of what could possibly happen in the future.
By doing this you give yourself a breather and you allow yourself to relax and just BE. You relax your body, your mind and your spirit and you start to learn to ground yourself and be in the reality of what is actually happening in the MOMENT.
